The first step: embryo making; according to the predetermined production target, the distribution is made according to the composition requirements of different grades of alloy elements to obtain different types of copper raw materials, and then copper ingot casting is carried out by the upward drawing method in the ingot. The upward drawing method refers to melting The water is directed upwards, and the precision is better.


The second step: testing; in order to ensure the production of finished products that are both qualified and economically beneficial, the accuracy of the testing results is particularly important. The responsibility of the laboratory is to quickly and accurately report the test results to the furnace master according to the copper blocks sent for inspection.


The third step: cutting; the complete copper strip is pulled by the sling, placed on the special cutting table stably, then cut off by the cutting wheel saw, and then the uneven surface of the copper strip is polished smooth by the copper strip milling machine, so that It is beneficial to the flatness and smoothness of the surface of the copper strip processed in the later stage.


The fourth step: hot rolling; after the copper strip cut by the cutting table is heated at a high temperature of 1000 ℃, it is then hot-rolled and rolled into a copper strip with a thickness of about 2.3cm; or after cold rolling, it is rolled into a thickness of 2.3cm. About 1.3cm of copper tape.


The fifth step: water washing; each copper block after the preliminary rolling process, due to the existence of surface impurities, in order to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product, it must go through the furnace for water washing again. The washing area is divided into two types of pools according to the degree of acidity. The high concentration is 6-8 degrees, and the low concentration is 3-5 degrees. Among them, the red plaques produced on the surface of copper plates and copper strips can be washed away by the acid solution in the washing pool, while the dark red plaques can be removed by the fine iron brushes during the washing period. The copper strips that have undergone this series of treatments are obviously Shine out the inherent luster of copper itself. There are still red spots during the same rolling plate, and the water washing step still needs to be done again. During the washing period, it is also necessary to regularly check the acidity in the pool, and add acid in time to avoid insufficient washing due to low acid content.


Step 6: Plate rolling; the plate rolling area is divided into 180 preliminary rolling and 110 intermediate rolling according to the kun wheel. According to the different sizes of various rollers, the hot-rolled and calcined copper strips are processed from rough to fine through the above two steps.
